1 Acceptance of Terms

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration.
• Keep your login credentials confidential — do not share your password with any other person.
• Notify 399 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Complete KYC verification before making your first withdrawal.

Identity verification (KYC) is completed by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID through your account settings. Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, passport, and voter's ID. KYC is a one-time process and is required before any withdrawal from your account can be processed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 399 platform are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits are accepted through Philippine banking channels including bank transfers via Instapay and PESONet, and local e-wallets.
